Therapist/Founder: Gerry Sander is an Occupational Therapist and a Yoga Therapist. He is a long time member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and the Yoga Alliance (as an E-RYT). He is also an exercise specialist and trainer for the American Council on Exercise, a highly experienced Meditation Teacher, Tai Chi/Qigong Instructor, and Energy Practitioner. Gerry is a former adjunct professor of kinesiology and occupational therapy, a bodywork instructor of Eastern and Western methodologies, and is also a lifelong student of nutrition.
